Full Job Description Commercial HVAC Service Technician Location:

Denver CO Salary:

Up to $65/hr (base rate plus significant bonuses)

This is a mid tier experienced HVAC tech position for commercial heating & air and refrigeration and control systems. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and maintain package units, high tonnage chillers, pump towers, cooling towers control systems, high tonnage boilers Mechanical skills required to work on a variety of complex HVAC systems including fans, compressors,motor bearings, refrigeration circuits, burner set up, heat wheels, etc. Must have current OSHA 10 Training. Comfortable working around 5-ton to 200-ton package rooftop units Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Understanding Real Time Energy Management (RTEM) enabling Client Lift & move 75 lbs Have hand tools 3+ years experience working with commercial HVAC systems, Controls, startup and refrigeration, See list above Will need experience with boilers, chillers, and pneumatic controls, digital controls and packaged HVAC equipment. Universal EPA certified Journeyman HVAC preferred but not required. Clean driving record.
