  • + Minimum 7 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service technician experience + Universal EPA certification + Strong working knowledge of chillers, boilers, vibration analysis, and oil analysis + Demonstrated leadership or lead technician experience + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record + HVAC trade school certificate or diploma preferred Responsibilities
  • + Provide technical leadership and job site oversight for commercial service operations + Manage equipment, materials, tools, staffing, and costs to ensure efficient field execution + Review job documentation prior to work starting and ensure technicians understand scope + Coordinate schedules with dispatch to meet service timelines and customer commitments + Respond to customer concerns quickly and professionally + Communicate system and service information clearly to customers of varying technical knowledge + Train and mentor service technicians, apprentices, and interns + Support technician development, safety training, and performance improvement + Promote teamwork, accountability, and positive morale + Audit technician performance and recommend personnel actions as needed A bit about us:•We are a long established, family owned commercial HVAC, building automation, and energy services contractor with nearly six decades of industry experience.
