What We're Looking For Minimum Must-Haves:

High School diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical field (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military service, etc.). A valid driver's license with a clean record. Flexibility for on-call rotations (nights/weekends).

Bonus Points for:

Certifications (EPA, CFESA) or technical licenses. Experience repairing commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment. A self-driven, independent work style.

Physical Stuff:
