Propane Technician

Duties Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair propane systems and appliances, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations Perform routine maintenance on propane tanks, regulators, valves, and related equipment to optimize performance Read schematics and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs effectively Conduct appliance repairs involving refrigeration, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and mechanical components Provide exceptional service by guiding customers through system operations and safety procedures Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, and safety inspections for compliance purposes Lead safety checks during installation and maintenance activities to uphold industry standards Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair or HVAC/R systems Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals Experience in appliance repair, refrigeration, HVAC/R systems, or construction environments is highly desirable Knowledge of equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols related to propane systems Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead a team when necessary Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex mechanical issues Valid technical certifications or licenses relevant to propane or appliance servicing are preferred but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills make a real difference! $24.26 - $29.22 per hour
