Commercial Refrigeration Supervisor

Based in Orlando, Florida, our family-owned company operates across five locations in the state. For over almost 40 years, we have provided top-tier service to grocery retailers, restaurants, and businesses throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. We are currently hiring a Commercial Refrigeration Supervisor to join our Construction team. Responsibilities Ability to work independently and oversee all phases of project Expertise in refrigeration piping, fixture setting, pump down and startup of refrigeration systems Forecast and schedule work daily and weekly assignments for crews Must be able to work out of town and nights Must be flexible - Schedule consists of days, nights and out of town Performs full start-up of new parallel refrigeration systems and individual systems Promote teamwork, direct and lead crew members in productivity and workplace safety Provide support by managing labor hours, equipment, and materials for project Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope of work Work with all levels of employees throughout the company Work with all trades including customer to ensure work is on schedule and quality completion of projects Qualifications Ability to demo walk-in, install new, hang, pipe, drain evaporator coils Ability to efficiently troubleshoot supermarket refrigeration equipment Ability to multi-task effectively Ability to pressurize, pull vacuums and pump down rack Electrical, plumbing, HVAC knowledge EPA Certified Good driving record Good mechanical skills and use of hand and power tools Knowledge of Microsoft applications and basic computer skills Must have a valid insurable driver's license Safe work practices and safety rule compliance What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision & Voluntary Coverages Retirement Plans - 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays & Vacation Career Growth Opportunities On the Job Training in our Training Facility in Orlando, FL Paid Travel Time
