What We Offer Weekly pay of $12.75 per hour Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Get weekends off Overtime available Training provided Weekly Pay Truck shop Tasks & Duties Perform routine maintenance around the building fixing structural damage to building systems Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage Work on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs Maintain the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly Apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries Paint the building when old paint has become faded or chipped Truck shop Shift Info Day Shift, 6am to 4pm Monday - Friday Truck shop Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) Truck shop experience preferred Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problems Electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the building's electricity Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building Grounds keeping skills if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenance Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant manner Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely manner and any warning signs of problems are not overlooked Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Apply today!
