www.tcdupage.org The Technology Center of DuPage is hiring an instructor for the 2026-27 school year to instruct high school students in the basic skills related to the HVAC.

Job type:

Full time, school year

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years work experience in the

HVAC EPA 608

Certification required. Completed related apprenticeship program and/or college degree in related field preferred. Must meet all qualifications for the appropriate license though the Illinois State Board of Education. Valid Professional Educator License that is current and registered in DuPage County with endorsement in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician (Candidates with valid ISBE teaching licenses must also have at least two years of directly related work experience). OR Meet ISBE Requirements for either a Career and Technical Education License or a

Provisional Career and Technical Education License:

Official transcripts, in unopened, sealed envelopes, showing 60 semester hours of credit from a recognized educational institution; documented evidence of 2,000 hours of work experience in the skill area. Requirements for the Provisional Career and Technical Education License Documented evidence of 8,000 hours of work experience in the specific skill area to be taught.
