Refrigeration Tech Details:

Contract to Hire position $28.00 /annually Third Shift Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and industrial refrigeration systems, including ammonia-based equipment Perform daily system checks and preventative maintenance on compressors, condensers, and boilers Lead and support the refrigeration team in resolving operational issues Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and GMP standards Inspect, clean, and repair plant systems while managing parts and supply needs

Refrigeration Tech Qualifications:

Experience with industrial refrigeration systems, including ammonia systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and lead within a team environment Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working overtime as needed We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
