McDonalds Equipment Service Technician

Overview We are hiring experienced field technicians to service McDonald's restaurant equipment , with a strong focus on cold-side systems (beverage dispensing, CO₂, ice machines, coolers/refrigeration). You may also support other McDonald's equipment in the restaurant as needed. This is not a restaurant crew role. Candidates must have hands-on technician experience servicing McDonald's locations through a service company/authorized provider. What you'll do Troubleshoot and repair McDonald's cold-side equipment: Beverage dispensing systems (soda fountains, CO₂, syrup/BIB systems) Ice machines and related refrigeration components Coolers/reach-ins/walk-ins (as applicable) Perform service calls, diagnostics, part replacement, testing/verification, and documentation Maintain vehicle stock, parts usage, and restock in Ludlow as needed Communicate professionally with restaurant staff and close out work orders Must-have experience Field service technician experience working independently Direct experience servicing McDonald's locations as a technician (through a service company/authorized provider; not restaurant staff) Strong troubleshooting across mechanical/electrical components Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Willing to travel across MA, CT, NH, VT, portions of ME and upstate NY and return to Ludlow for restocking. You will only travel within your scheduled region.

Strong plus Beverage/dispensing systems experience:

CO₂, regulators, carbonation, BIB/syrup systems, Cornelius/Lancer/Multiplex, etc. Ice machine experience (Manitowoc/Hoshizaki/Scotsman/Ice-O-Matic) Commercial refrigeration experience (EPA 608 a plus if you have it) What we offer Company vehicle Stable territory across MA, CT, NH, VT, portions of ME, and upstate NY Strong benefits package
