What You'll Be Doing:

Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance Deliver outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff Rotate through after-hours and weekend on-call shifts Spot new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts Maintain your service vehicle and manage parts orders Complete all required paperwork and attend ongoing training Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems EPA Universal Certification Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and organized work ethic Must be 18 years of age Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen Driving record must align with our safety standards
