Full-Time Join a Growing Team BeeHive Pros is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead with a Refrigeration Contractor License to lead HVAC service and installation projects throughout Massachusetts. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality work in both commercial and residential environments. Responsibilities Lead and supervise HVAC service and installation crews Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems Install, maintain, and service: Rooftop units (RTUs) Split systems Heat pumps Mini-splits Commercial refrigeration equipment Walk-in coolers and freezers Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical plans Ensure work complies with local codes and safety regulations Train and mentor HVAC Technicians and apprentices Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and project managers Complete service reports and project documentation accurately Participate in an on-call rotation as needed Qualifications Valid Massachusetts Refrigeration Contractor License EPA Universal Certification Minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Previous leadership or crew management experience preferred Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Experience Commercial HVAC service and maintenance Commercial refrigeration systems Building automation controls VRF/VRV systems Sheet metal and ductwork installation Hydronic heating systemsPay:
