Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC, Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Plumbing, and Electrical Technician to join our maintenance team. This vital role involves ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and efficiency of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration systems, kitchen appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining high standards of mechanical and electrical systems to support a seamless environment for staff and guests alike. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems to ensure reliable operation. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify root causes quickly. Repair or replace faulty components in appliances, HVAC/R equipment, plumbing fixtures, or electrical wiring to restore optimal functionality. Conduct appliance repair and service technician tasks with precision, ensuring safety standards are met at all times. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex maintenance or construction projects involving mechanical or electrical upgrades. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and future reference. Respond promptly to emergency repairs or system failures to minimize downtime and operational disruptions. Skills Extensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems, refrigeration technology, plumbing infrastructure, and electrical wiring. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair and equipment troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately. Proven service technician experience with a focus on HVAC, refrigeration, or kitchen equipment maintenance. Familiarity with construction processes related to facility upgrades or new installations. Leadership qualities that enable effective team coordination during maintenance projects. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
