Master Technician - Lead, Diagnose, and Make an Impact We're looking for an experienced Master Technician to lead our shop, solve complex automotive issues, and help elevate the performance of our entire team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, mentorship, and delivering exceptional service. What We Offer Competitive pay (hourly or flat rate) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible schedule options Paid Time Off (PTO) 5 paid holidays Closed evenings and Sundays — better work-life balance What You'll Do Diagnose and repair: Drivability issues Brakes and suspension Engines and electrical systems A/C and computer systems Support and assist technicians with advanced repairs Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle needs and solutions Lead by example—mentor team members and drive shop performance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For 5+ years of advanced automotive repair experience EPA Section 609 Certification (required) ASE Certifications (A1-A8 preferred) Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Excellent customer service mindset Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Physical Requirements Lift 50+ lbs Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and reaching Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments with exposure to weather and chemicals Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
