Role:

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our growing service team in the Carolinas. This full-time position focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems in grocery stores, restaurants, and other facilities. Responsibilities:

Service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems such as: Rack Refrigeration Walk-in coolers and freezers Display cases Ice machines and prep tables Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical refrigeration issues Maintain refrigeration controls and system performance Complete preventative maintenance and service documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety policies Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Work independently in the field with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

Universal EPA Certification required Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration. Experience with rack refrigeration in grocery stores. Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and controls. Ability to work independently, manage time, and communicate clearly. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
