Responsibilities Assist with the organization and inventory management of HVAC equipment, parts, and tools within the shop. Support technicians by preparing materials and equipment needed for service calls or installations. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the shop area, ensuring all workspaces are tidy and hazard-free Support field service operations by loading trucks with necessary supplies and ensuring timely delivery. Help with routine maintenance of shop tools and machinery, including welding, boiler servicing, or appliance repair Support property maintenance activities related to HVAC systems or mechanical equipment. Qualifications Forklift and inventory experience is a plus Must be self motivated and show up to work everyday Valid driver's license; experience operating drivers or similar vehicles preferred.
