Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial coffee machines, refrigeration units, and related beverage equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Install new equipment, including assembly and calibration, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct field service visits at client locations, providing exceptional customer support and technical guidance. Utilize your refrigeration and HVAC knowledge to address cooling or heating issues within beverage systems. Maintain detailed service records, including parts used, repairs performed, and system diagnostics. Assist delivery drivers with equipment installation or troubleshooting upon delivery or service calls. Weekends a must Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair, equipment repair, or field service roles within a technical environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams. Electrical experience is essential for diagnosing wiring issues and system faults. Familiarity with refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, and electrical components related to commercial appliances. Previous experience as a service technician or in a customer-facing technical role is highly desirable. Valid delivery driver experience with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles is preferred. Ability to work independently in various environments while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
