REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN
Gristedes and D'Agostino's, the largest an most iconic grocery stores in New York, owned by family-based business, Red Apple Group is looking for Refrigeration Technicians.JOB DESCRIPTION
Travel from different sites to maintain, install and upgrade refrigeration systems, HVAC systems and other miscellaneous equipment in our supermarkets. Install EMS Systems. Install refrigeration from 1 ton to 100 tons. Maintain and install cooling towers. Install and replace all aspects of supermarket equipment. Perform preventive maintenance of all equipment. Perform Retrofits on refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Knowledge of heat reclaim, steam heat, hydronic heat, heat pumps, gas heat roof tops and boilers. Work to be performed without direct supervision or assistance. Observe all Company rules of food safety and hygiene.REQUIREMENTS
Must be full mechanic with 5 years experience. Demonstrated knowledge of refrigeration systems and service techniques. Must have own tools Must have epa card Must have valid drivers licenseTHIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH BENEFITS, RETIREMENT AND TAKE HOME TRUCK
