We execute large-scale installation, preventive maintenance, and refrigeration programs for nationally recognized restaurant and retail operators. We are expanding our Hoshizaki refrigeration team and seeking experienced commercial refrigeration technicians who operate with precision, professionalism, and pride in workmanship. This is structured, OEM-driven commercial execution. What You'll Do Install and commission commercial ice machines and refrigeration systems under OEM standards Perform refrigeration diagnostics, repair, and system verification Execute work according to Hoshizaki specifications and documented quality controls Capture structured field documentation (photos, commissioning reports, data) Travel to multi-day project sites nationwide (travel + lodging covered) Work alongside project managers and structured installation teams What Makes This Different OEM-backed programs National rollout projects with defined scope Structured installation standards and QC verification Real advancement opportunity into lead technician or project leadership roles Work that feeds into enterprise-level asset management systems We install once. Qualifications 3+ years commercial refrigeration experience Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, piping, airflow, and controls EPA Universal Certification (required) Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics Comfortable with travel-based project work Professional communication and documentation standards
