Non-Exempt (Hourly) Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Operator to manage and maintain critical cooling systems at our remote Alaskan fishing camp. This is a mission-critical role ensuring the integrity of our product and the safety of our team in a fast-paced, isolated environment. You will be responsible for the 24/7 operational health of systems involving Ammonia (R-717), Freon, OP2, and SM.Key Responsibilities System Oversight:

Ability to work in extreme temperatures, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a fit-for-duty respirator exam.Adaptability:
