Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Equipment Technician to service a variety of commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of diagnosing and repairing both hot and cold-side kitchen appliances.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, steamers, refrigeration units, dishwashers, etc.) Perform preventative maintenance on hot-side and cold-side equipment Install and start up new equipment by the manufacturer's specifications Communicate effectively with customers and team members Complete accurate service reports and maintain parts inventory Always adhere to safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair (or equivalent training) Strong knowledge of gas, electric, and refrigeration systems EPA 608 Certification (for refrigeration work) CFESA certification is a plus but not required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
