system installation Driver's License Driving Refrigeration HVAC system repair Pneumatic systems Equipment maintenance Senior level Water treatment Full Job Description Maintains; repairs and occasionally installs HVAC systems and environmental equipment including; but not limited to; chill water and heating hot water distribution; chilled water machines; cooling towers; water treatment systems; pneumatic and electronic controlled HVAC systems; refrigeration systems; steam generating and distribution plants; ice machines; etc.; at all HMC properties or as requested by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education High School or equivalent. Minimum Work Experience 5 Years Required Licenses/Certifications Valid drivers license; clear driving record. Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities Ability and willingness to learn new skills outside of normal assigned duties as required by Management.
