Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician

An exciting opportunity is available for a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician in the DFW Area, ideally near Aledo, TX, with a growing, family-owned commercial refrigeration company serving restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, warehouses, and similar facilities. This is a hands-on installation-focused role with a close-knit team, steady project flow, company vehicle, fuel card, and the chance to grow with a business that is picking up heavily across Texas and nearby states. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician position include: Active Texas Class A Air Conditioning and Refrigeration License required; no exceptions. Hands-on commercial refrigeration installation experience required, especially with walk-in coolers and freezers. Install commercial refrigeration systems fabricated in-house and connect them on-site for commercial facilities. Work with evaporators, condensers, fans, and related refrigeration components. Travel to job sites across the DFW area, Texas, and occasionally Oklahoma as needed. Occasionally troubleshoot and repair installed systems, including limited warranty/service calls. Coordinate with assistants and team members to complete installations safely and efficiently. Maintain strong workmanship, professionalism, and reliability in a field-based role.

Salary :

$55,000•$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
