Regional Refrigeration Specialist

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Regional Refrigeration Specialist position include: Bachelor's degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred) 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience and 5+ years of refrigeration industry experience 2+ years of commercial CO2 refrigeration applications experience Refrigeration Trade School certificate Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays Travel domestically up to 80% to provide regional technical support for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems Lead refrigeration system audits, maintenance quality assessments, and reliability improvement initiatives across multiple facilities Develop standardized maintenance procedures, troubleshooting protocols, and partner with leadership, engineering groups, and vendors to improve performance, consistency, and compliance

Salary :

$119,600 - $161,700 per year, commensurate with experience.
