You will work alongside experienced technicians to learn the intricacies of maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex refrigeration and HVAC equipment across various facilities. Duties Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to support troubleshooting efforts. Support service technicians in diagnosing issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment. Participate in field service activities including routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and system upgrades. Help with plumbing tasks related to refrigeration systems and HVAC units to ensure proper water flow and drainage. Contribute to equipment repair projects involving welding, mechanical adjustments, or component replacement. Support property maintenance tasks such as air conditioning system servicing, boiler checks, and appliance repairs. Experience Prior experience or training in construction, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), or mechanical systems is highly desirable. Service technician experience or exposure to field service environments will be advantageous. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, or HVAC design principles is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge including plumbing, welding, or boiler operation is preferred. Hands-on experience with equipment repair or appliance maintenance will help you succeed in this role. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
