Job Description
Refrigeration Technician Job description: WSC is a family-owned mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC and Refrigeration for commercial buildings, known for its exceptional culture and growth opportunities within the industry. With a commitment to fostering strong community relationships, WSC has earned 5-star ratings in the Greater Lubbock area. We are looking for an experienced service technician, specializing in Commercial Refrigeration and/or Kitchen Equipment, to deliver exceptional service to our commercial clients. Our Ideal Candidate has at least 2-5 years of experience and is seeking to advance their refrigeration experience and knowledge. Responsibilities and Duties of a Refrigeration Technician Installation and repairs of new and existing commercial equipment Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations Inspect equipment and provide customers with recommendations for equipment replacement, major repairs, and system upgrades. Perform preventative maintenance inspections to maximize equipment performance and extend equipment life. Travel to job locations and homes via company vehicle Maintain communication with dispatcher on scheduled and emergency service, job status, and completion times. Effectively communicate directly with clients to meet their service needs Follow all company's procedures and protocols Build positive relationships with clients Qualifications and Skills for #Refrigerationtechnician Good problem solving and communication skills Minimum of 2 to 5 years' commercial refrigeration and/or kitchen equipment experience. Experience servicing combi ovens and commercial cooking equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the service team.
