What You'll Be Doing Perform startups on parallel rack systemsHandle EMS wiring + programming (CPC, Novar, Danfoss)Complete rack evacuations + pressure verificationTroubleshoot and optimize supermarket refrigeration systemsLead small projects (case changeouts, condenser swaps)Support retrofits + upgrades (EMS, leak detection, gas conversions)Help train junior techs and support problem store Requirements 3+ years commercial refrigeration experienceExperience with parallel rack systems (MUST HAVE)3+ years EMS systems (wiring + programming)Experience in supermarket / grocery environmentsEPA Certification (Type I & II required)Ability to troubleshoot electrical + mechanical systems Nice to Have EMS CertificationsExperience with CPC, Novar, DanfossStartup / commissioning experience What's In It For You $40
