Responsibilities Diagnose and repair various commercial appliances including refrigeration units, HVAC systems, electrical components, and mechanical equipment. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively. Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance. Install new appliances and assemble equipment according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Utilize delivery box trucks for transporting parts and equipment to client sites while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs, maintenance needs, and technical details. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all completed work to ensure accurate documentation. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair, field service, or as a service technician within commercial settings. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems. Experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC units, electrical wiring, and equipment assembly is highly desirable. Previous delivery driver experience using box trucks or similar vehicles is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Knowledge of safety procedures related to electrical work, refrigeration, HVAC systems, and equipment handling. Ability to work independently in various environments while managing multiple service calls efficiently.
