MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/ORLICENSURE
1. Must have a valid driver's license. 2. HVAC Technician LicenseEXPERIENCE
1. Five (5) years' experience with refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling controls, and air quality standard/regulationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to be scheduled for work based on operational HVAC needs of the department and facility. 2. Responsible for environmental conditions of the air quality, temperatures affects the health and wellbeing of patients, visitors, and employees. 3. May supervise tasks of other facility workers by allocation and coordinating workflow, training, and advising in more complex phases of assignments. 4. Provides preventive maintenance and repair work throughout the hospital on HVAC systems. 5. Has access to, and is responsible for, performing assigned duties in locked medication rooms. This position is aware that they are not responsible for medications, and they should report any unsecured medications to a licensed professional.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
