Overview:

We are seeking a skilled trades person to join our team here in the Mat-Su area. We serve homeowners in a wide range of home maintenance and improvement projects. Opportunities for advancement and growth.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, finish work, and plumbing repairs.
• As the project requires, work independently, work as a team, or direct laborers to assist in the projects.
• Ensure all project work is completed in a timely manner.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience with general construction.
• Solid understanding of general construction procedures and techniques.
• Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for repair work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and background check will be required.
• Reliable work truck and tools
• Self motivated and desire to grow continuously. Abilities
