Job Type Full-time Description Summary:
The Assistant Technician service crew must be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures and be able to implement these effectively. The Assistant Technician is responsible for assisting in the performance of all arcade maintenance and minor repairs. The Assistant Technician must maintain positive customer and crew relations.
Primary Responsibilities :
Work under the guidance of the Technician, and/or Technical Manager. Maintains facilities that are clean, safe, and in good repair. Perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs on arcade games and equipment. Provide routine maintenance support Ability to communicate verbally and in writing about daily occurrences that arise. Assist in troubleshooting and basic repairs of corporate machinery. Create and maintain a fun, customer-focused environment where all guests leave happy.
Additional Responsibilities:
Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager Assist in coaching, training, and continually developing all Arcade Attendants. Complete all shift paperwork and/or reporting requirements. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age and employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. Must have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience Ability to work flexible hours, which include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Basic working knowledge of hand tools Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Have work flexibility (nights, weekends, and holidays) Attention to detail. Time management and a sense of urgency. Have good communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to good client/customer service skills. Ability to work effectively with a team. Working Conditions The work for this position is performed mainly inside the fun center Strong customer service is essential for this position The position requires routine walking, standing, bending, twisting, and carrying items weighing no more than fifty pounds This position requires availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
