The Role The Repair Technician is responsible evaluating and repairing company-supported products and equipment, specifically relating to the Security industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Evaluate and repair products including closed circuit TV, networking, and other equipment. Follows weekly repair schedule and time expectations per unit type of equipment being repaired. Diagnoses and repairs/tests equipment per the repair schedule and service procedures. Meets or exceeds the average repair time objectives by equipment type. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Possess an understanding of a service-oriented organization and understand the requirement of emphasis on quality work and customer satisfaction. Possess basic computer knowledge (specifically MS Windows). Possess basic electrical knowledge.
