Job Description Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair CBE-supported products including DVRs, cameras, network switches, monitors, and other equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting problems with PC hardware and software. Work with team members to complete tasks/projects on schedule. Diagnose and repair equipment in a timely manner per daily schedule. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements Good understanding of computer systems. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Proficient using Windows OS and any related software. Detail oriented and organized. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware and software.
