Service Technician

Holland Motorsports is a Can Am/SeaDoo dealership located in Southeast Alabama that is in need of a skilled Service Technician. We are located a short ride from the Gulf Coast Beaches, with beautiful year round riding weather. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ability to read electrical schematics and shop manuals to effectively diagnose and repair units Ability to utilize shop computers and software to accurately diagnose and repair units Assess offroad and watercraft units to accurately diagnose and repair issues Provide routine inspections of customers units and inform service advisors of any issues Effectively manage and plan work to accomplish all job tasks without having direct supervision on all matters Ability to work independently and as part of a team to keep shop work flow organized and productive Maintain close communication with service advisors and service manager regarding repairs on customers units and internal units Ability to complete all necessary paperwork Maintain and clean shop equipment and tools to ensure they are kept in safe and usable condition at all times Maintain a clean work area Maintain all technical qualifications needed Minimize missed diagnosis and comebacks

Preferred:

Knowledge of Can Am off road side by side vehicle and all terrain vehicle diagnostics and repairs Knowledge of Can Am Spyder motorcycle diagnostics and repairs Knowledge of personal watercraft diagnostics and repairs Salary dependent on experience and skills. Must pass drug screen. Must be insurable.
