Professional Bicycle Mechanic

We are excited to be looking for a high-level bike mechanic at our small, fast-paced shop. With our business model and workload, not much on-the-job training will be offered when it pertains to fundamentals of working on a bike. We will be providing training necessary to work with our systems and vendors, new industry technology, and open to any ideas you would like to bring to the table.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage the service side of the shop Build orders & source parts in a timely manner Communicate and coordinate with vendors for support, warranty, orders, etc Communicate expectations and timelines clearly to customers Help on sales floor as needed Help with other shop projects Qualifications Real-world experience working on bikes, ideally from a shop setting (2+ years) Excellent customer service Service-writing experience Willingness to serve the person in front of you Creative problem solver Please send over a cover letter or a resume to apply letting us know more about you and your experience around bikes.
