Duties & Responsibilities:

The

MECHANIC

duties include, but are not limited to: Operates, examines, analyzes malfunctions and repairs Mahindra tractors and Zero Turn mowers supported by dealership Dismantles and reassembles equipment using hoists and hand tools. Examines parts for damage or excessive wear. Repairs or replaces defective parts, such as transmissions, pumps, hydraulics, etc. Tests overhauled equipment to insure operating efficiency. Directs workers engaged in cleaning of parts and assisting with assembly and disassembly of equipment. Education and Qualifications Ability to read and interpret manufacturer's operations manuals and blue prints. Familiarity with tractor parts required. Positive attitude with a solid work ethic in high energy, goal driven environment. Excellent time management skills. Physical effort to move objects and tools that may weigh up to 75 pounds; frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling A high level of dexterity Ability to drive motor vehicles Overtime may be available
