Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions. Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high level of execution in all tasks.
