Service Technician

We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Technician with 2+ years' sales experience to work with our existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments. This is not cold calling or door knocking - our customers already know us and trust us. Your job is to maintain that trust, ensure their systems are working properly, and recommend solutions when needed.

What You'll Do:

Meet with our customers for annual maintenance and warranty service visits. Inspect crawl space, waterproofing, and foundation repair systems. Diagnose issues and ensure systems are performing properly Educate customers and recommend additional products or services when needed. Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism Document findings and communicate clearly with homeowner as well as team
