Job Description

Required Education
  • HS Diploma requiredPreferred Education
  • Degree not requiredRequired Certification

  • Experience with heavy equipment repair
  • Welding Experience and/or Certification
  • Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, using diagnostic tools and APPS
  • Experience in assembly and disassembly of heavy equipment in construction and mining industries (ideal)Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair the demonstration and learning center fleet and support equipment, ensuring they are in proper working order
  • Train facility staff on equipment systems, fleet maintenance, and repairs
  • Assist in pre-production machine serviceability evaluations in support of New Product Introduction programs
  • Assembly & disassembly responsibilities
  • Load and unload machines upon arrival/departure
  • Maintain records of equipment, attachments, and parts
  • Clean service bay areas and adhere to Contamination Control Guidelines
  • Perform work to complete service letters on the Cat equipment fleet
  • Build relationships with product groups to maintain their support of the Tinaja Hills facility and fleetSoft Skills (Required):
  • Problem Solving

  • Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
