Arizona (Statewide Travel Required)

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Service Technician. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and the willingness to travel across Arizona to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and repair equipment in hospitality, coin-op, and commercial laundry industries. Travel statewide to service equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers, addressing any service concerns or requests. Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for a variety of equipment types. Complete necessary documentation, including service reports and inventory logs. Work closely with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude is a must (experience with machinery, repairs, or troubleshooting is preferred). Prior experience in the hospitality, coin-op, or commercial laundry industry is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when necessary. Must be willing to travel throughout the state of Arizona and stay overnight as needed.
