This role is vital in providing top-tier sewer and drain solutions to homeowners, ensuring their plumbing systems function flawlessly. As a key player, you will combine technical expertise with excellent customer service to identify client needs, recommend effective solutions, and deliver exceptional results. Your energetic approach and mechanical aptitude will drive success in this fast-paced environment, helping homeowners maintain safe, efficient, and reliable plumbing systems. Duties Cable snake, hydrojet clogged sewer drains. Conduct thorough inspections of residential sewer and drain systems using sewer camera snake to diagnose issues accurately Engage with customers to understand their plumbing concerns and explain repair or replacement options clearly and confidently Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions for quality assurance and follow-up Requirements Proven experience in plumbing, sewer drain repair with a focus on residential systems Strong knowledge of residential sewer drains and the use of sewer camera, cable snake, and hydrojetting. Physical ability to perform lifting, cable snaking from the roof vents Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting during installations or repairs Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude experience or previous sales experience is necessary Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is advantageousJoin us in delivering essential sewer drain solutions that keep homes safe and functioning smoothly!
