Full Job Description Description:
Jaguar/Land Rover of Arrowhead is looking for motivated people to join our growing team. We are building a state-of-the-art Jaguar/Land Rover dealership and want to be the number ONE Jaguar/Land Rover dealership in the greater Phoenix area. The Service Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards. This individual utilizes his skills to diagnose and resolve the different sources of automotive problems swiftly and accurately. The Service Technician works with all service personnel and management to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures. Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day. Ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced. Training o Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training. o Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management. o Review the technical bulletins and other publications as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent. 18 years or older Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in state of residence A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment Clear pre-employment drug screen
