Job Description:

•We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stucco Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities in the maintenance and repair of stucco surfaces to ensure exterior walls are structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from residential homes to commercial properties. Full and Part Time roles available. •

Key Responsibilities:

•Inspect stucco surfaces to identify defects and areas requiring repair. Prepare and clean surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of repair materials. Mix stucco repair materials and apply them to damaged areas, ensuring a smooth and uniform finish. Match colors and textures to existing stucco to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the structure. Utilize a range of tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repair tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and project efficiency. Maintain accurate records of repairs and provide recommendations for preventative maintenance. Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. •

Qualifications:

•Proven experience in stucco application and repair or a related field. Strong understanding of different types of stucco materials and their applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good physical stamina and the ability to work at heights. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle (clean driving record) •
