Your role spans from greeting our customers and understanding their needs to diagnosing and repairing their beloved electronic devices. Your day will be filled with personal interactions and problem-solving, as well as opportunities to promote our products and services and earn yourself commission along the way. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet every customer with a friendly and respectful demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
Sales and Service:
Actively promote our products and services within a sales-forward culture, ensuring customers are informed of the full range of solutions we provide.
Transaction Management:
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
Device Diagnostics:
Troubleshoot both hardware and software issues, accurately diagnosing problems to provide effective solutions.
Device Repairs:
Repair a variety of electronic devices, including phones, tablets, computers, game consoles, and watches, ensuring accurate service and customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solving:
Utilize your intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills to handle unique customer needs and technical challenges.
Qualifications:
We value your soft skills and learning potential over any prior technical knowledge. Our comprehensive in-house training program will equip you with the necessary electronics repair skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You should also have a flair for problem-solving, and be able to demonstrate a passion for technology and customer service.
