Installation Service Technician Pinnacle Staffing Group - 3.1 Tucson, AZ Job Details Full-time $22 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Full Job Description Pinnacle Staffing is hiring a Service & Installation Technician for a well-established company specializing in the installation and service of BBQ grills, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, gas logs, wood and gas stoves, and other gas-fired appliances. We're looking for a mechanically inclined individual with strong plumbing and mechanical experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain BBQ grills, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, gas logs, and related equipment. Perform plumbing and gas line connections while ensuring all installations meet safety and code requirements. Diagnose mechanical and plumbing issues and provide effective solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service by educating customers on product operation and answering questions. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Manage daily service schedules and complete projects efficiently and on time. Work independently and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

Mechanical and plumbing experience is required. Experience installing, servicing, or repairing gas-fired appliances is strongly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and plumbing systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (copy required upon request). Basic understanding of gas-related products and mechanical systems. Proficient with hand tools and general construction equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. Ability to pass a background check. Willingness to obtain NFI Certification (Gas, Wood, and Pellet Appliances) within 12 months of employment.
