Full Job Description Job Description:

The Field Services Technician position must be flexible in schedule. Working in the elements day or night, weekdays and/or weekends. Responsible to work on division assets and assist in growth of the services division. They communicate directly with customers and the division managers to fulfill customer and organization needs. Mechanical skills with trailers, eyewash stations, cooling stations proffered. Responsible for maintenance of division equipment. This person is involved with special projects throughout the year which are in additional to the responsibilities listed below.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

Required to acknowledge and/or respond to all customer requests or needs for service immediately upon receipt. If needs can not be met immediately communication for all requests must be presented to the Special Services Manager. Acknowledge roles & responsibilities. Communicate lost or damaged inventory findings to the services manager. Ensure work area is consistently presentable. Process improvements, Safety improvements, etc. Required to learn maintenance cycles of equipment deployed with clients. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed (Posi checks, hydro tests, light rewiring, tire changes, air quality checks, oil changes, filter changes, etc.) Responsible to keep all division assets such as: Air trailers, Portable eyewash stations, Cooling stations, etc. optimized and identified correctly with green / red cone labeling system Respiratory protection equipment standards and policies followed. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong conflict resolution skills. Must be 21 years or older Clean shaven daily
