In the role of Repair & Overhaul Technician IV you'll play a pivotal part on our Repairs team. Performs maintenance, repair and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturers' instructions for continued airworthiness, Service Bulletins, Service letters, Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable to or approved by FAA This position contributes to our vision by:
  • Has experience, through training, knowledge, employment history or practical tests necessary to perform the scope of work assigned.
  • Performs preliminary inspection and fault finding testing.
  • Adjusting and repairing, and other general tasks related to the maintenance and repair of water and waste components.
  • Repair in a safe and clean work environment
  • Understands, reads, and writes English.
  • Repair in accordance to manufacturer's specifications, company approved procedures and customer specifications.
  • Understands the procedures set forth in the Repair Station Quality Manual for documenting the work performed.
  • Understands the methods, techniques and practices outlined in the manufacturer's maintenance documents, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, service letters, specifications, and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA.
  • Adjusting and repairing, and other general tasks related to the maintenance and repair of water and waste components
  • Is proficient in using the tools, equipment, and inspection aids applicable to the scope of work assigned.
  • Understands the procedures set forth in the Repair Station Quality Manual for documenting the work performed.
  • Repair in a safe and clean work environment
  • Prepares and completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
  • Performs complex acceptance test procedures utilizing specific test equipment
  • Trains repair technicians in methods of repairs and testing
  • Keeps assigned areas organized and clean
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using a ERP System
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving, well-organized, detail oriented, and accurate.
  • Must possess basic Math skills and be able to comprehend varying units of measure
  • Must be able to train others personnel in a variety of the tasks performed associate with repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and take the initiative
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings
  • Basic understanding of repair and maintenance processes

The expected salary range for this position is between $27.30/hr USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
