This position requires responding to service calls, troubleshooting issues in the field, and completing repairs in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate is a "jack of all trades" with experience in general construction, maintenance, and repair work. Responsibilities Respond to assigned service calls and maintenance requests Drive a company vehicle to various job sites and store locations Perform general maintenance and repair work including: Flooring repairs/installations Framing and drywall repair Door repair and installation General store/building maintenance Minor carpentry and handyman tasks Assist with epoxy flooring or coating applications (preferred) Perform basic welding tasks when needed (preferred) Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members Complete required paperwork, photos, and service documentation Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Experience in general maintenance, construction, or service work preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Working knowledge of hand and power tools Welding experience is a plus Experience with epoxy flooring, drywall, framing, flooring, or doors is a plus Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor as needed Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Preferred Traits Self-motivated and dependable Versatile skill set with a willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to adapt to different job types and environments
