Full Job Description Service Tech Overview:
Avanti Window and Doors is looking for exprienced Service tech's (with a valid license) We are a fast-growing company with locations in Texas (Austin, Fort Worth, Wylie, Mesquite) Arizona, California, Florida and Las Vegas. If you're professional craftsperson who is experienced in installing Windows in new homes, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
Looking for leaders with the ability to listen and advance Be at work on time every day Helping and supporting team members Always Following company safety guidelines Willing to learn AIM method, on-the-job training from day one Ability to use cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns Climb high ladders (If you're afraid if heights this might not be a job for you) Ability to lift to 50 pounds several times per day Ability to work in a team environment Embrace, improve, and more importantly enjoy the opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing company Communicate professionally and manage customer expectations.
Skills/Knowledge:
General Home Construction experience a plus Window experience required Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma, GED or prior knowledge of general construction and/or window and door applications or components Paid Bi-weekly and Paid training Background check required
