As a Maintenance Technician you will: Job Description Day to Day Responsibilities Responsible for keeping the rental properties in excellent condition, both inside and out Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Conduct preventative maintenance on the properties or within the units Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, window screens, and other general building items Maintain accurate record of daily maintenance records and action items Interact with vendors and suppliers in a professional manner Complete apartment service tickets and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion This is a Full-Time 1-3 month Opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
