JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties of a Cell Phone Repair Technician are to troubleshoot issues with mobile phones, diagnose the cause of a particular problem, then replace parts or perform software updates to repair the device and restore it to full functionality. Perform professional-level repairs on iPhones, Samsung, and other Android devices Identify broken parts and place orders for replacement parts Document part prices for account purposes Perform data-entry within inventory management system Maintain inventory accuracy and a high level of attention to detail at all times Keep a clean and safe workspace and optimize process efficiencies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Follow quality control standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Complete diligent reporting of IT assets into computer system

REQUIREMENTS

1) Must have prior personal or professional experience in mobile device repair 2) Must be able to perform the following repairs: Battery, Screen, Speaker, Charge Port (non-soldering), and other basic repairs 3) Knowledge in other types of electronics repair is a plus (Consoles, Tablets, Laptops, etc) 4) Interest in tech, mobile devices, and computers 5) Must be able to pass a basic background check. 6) Must be permitted to work in the
